Lost or Delayed Packages

Packages lost or significantly delayed in transit due to carrier error may be eligible for reshipment or store credit, at our discretion. Please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date to report a lost or delayed order.

Customs Seizure

Behind Velvet Doors is not liable for packages seized, held, or destroyed by customs authorities due to import restrictions in the buyer's country. Orders confiscated by customs will not be refunded or replaced. We strongly recommend reviewing your country's import regulations before ordering.
